Great Company, amazing sales team and working crews. We were notified by our Homeowners Insurance that due to the "condition" of the roof, they would not be renewing our policy. Avery was very understandable about the critical timeline we were working with and even finished the job ahead of schedule. Avery did a GREAT job of installing my new roof. The crew carefully covered all my shrubs to protect them. Cleaned up every night and did a good sweep to pick up the nails. I would highly recommend them. My only minor complaint is that they started tearing off my roof at 7:10 am. A courtesy call to let me know they were going to start that early would have been appreciated. Also, a knock on the door each morning asking me to move my car out of the garage would have also been helpful. You can trust Avery Roofing!

5 years ago, we had a new roof installed by avery roof services. The quality of workmanship has been bar none. This roof has been through hurricane Ian. And has experienced high winds from hurricane Helene without an issue. Zero lifted shingles. With Milton, we experienced over 120 mph winds and limbs from our giant oak breaking and hitting the roof over our garage. The limbs all seemed to hit the same area on the roof and then collected in our front yard. Causing some of the shingles to tear and rip off the roof. We called Avery Roof Services to access the damage and the rest of the roof to see if the damage was worth paying our insurance deductible. Other than the missing shingles and some cap pieces damaged or missing, We didn't have any lifted shingles. I was amazed to have someone out to access it 2 days after the hurricane. I figured it would be a couple of weeks until the service to repair the roof could be scheduled. A couple hours after the accesment. I was cleaning up my yard from storm debris when an Avery Roof Services truck pulled up to my house. They immediately got to work repairing my roof using the 3 bundles of shingles left over from the original install. This is the most professional company I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. If you don't get your roof from Avery Roof Services, are you even getting a roof? Hard working and knowledgeable crew. Tireless! They really know what they are doing. We had two separate leaks after heavy rains. Both leaks were looked at and leaks were identified. However, it turned out that additional leaks existed very close by. This was during a period of heavy rains in our area, yet they returned promptly to reassess the original repairs, extended the exposure and discovered more areas of leakage. They were prompt in their response when there would have been high demand from many other customers. And, although the workers were all of Latino descent, their English was excellent. They were polite and pleasant at all times and a pleasure to have working on our home. Gaspar, especially, was very tenacious in finding and fixing our problem successfully.

Great company! Super Job! (I am not a friend or relative of anyone at Avery, so this is an honest review). Just had a 7,200 sq. ft. concrete tile roof put on a house on Longboat Key---big, dirty, dangerous job. Avery was A+ in every facet of the process. Chose Avery because salesman Joseph 1) told us we didn't need a new roof and 2) he spent the most time, returning three times, going over every nook and cranny, to understand the project. (Insurance company required a new roof.) Avery''s was not the lowest bid, next to the highest, but we intuited that these were honest people who knew what they were doing. Project manager, Daniel, was always on top of things, outlining what would happen and when. He responded immediately to any and all concerns. Crew members, led by Valdemer (sp.?), worked tirelessly to get the job done in the shortest amount of time. Most important, because I am obsessive, I watched every step of the process and can attest to the quality of materials and workmanship. Structurally and aesthetically, this is a thing of beauty, which is something weird to say about a roof! Finally, office coordinator Robin and Co-Owner Travis were a pleasure to work with. I saw a broken tile on our roof that was done by Avery close to 2 years ago. Emailed Avery to ask if they could replace the tile when they had time. Within a week they sent two guys over and not only did they replace the one cracked tile but walked the roof and located 4 others that needed replacement - in 95 degree heat! They guys were thorough, professional and courteous. What more could you ask for. Highly recommend Avery!

Before we requested an estimate their technician covered our roof vent that had been destroyed keeping the rain out of the attic. From the estimate through the final inspection the project manager kept us informed on the tile which was back ordered and every step in the replacement. The workmanship was excellent and the clean up was amazing. I highly recommend this company for any roofing project.

Our home being twenty-two years old with the original tile roof is being taken care of by Avery Roofing. Since most homes with tiles roofs have been pressure washed over these years causing damage to the tiles and underlayment, we have used a Roof-A-Cide treatment over the past 10 years which has protected our tiles. Relacing a tile roof today can cost between $30-$40k. So, we decided to use Avery Roofing for both the Roof-A-Cide treatment and inspection of our roof tiles. Avery came in and inspected our twenty-two-year-old roof tiles and told us that there were tiles that needed to be re-seated and cemented, all the ridges of the hip roof were recemented with new concrete and repainted, and all the holes were re-cemented and repainted. With the updating of all new cement, tile repair and Re Roof-A-Cide with a two-year warranty cost us under $3k instead of a $30+K roof replacement. The craftsmanship of the workers who worked on our roof plus Jay the Repair manager was outstanding and we highly recommend this company to other who are looking for quality and care of their roofs. As a foot note, just after the roof was completed a large racoon broke thru our soffit and ran thru the attic. Leaving a gaping hole in our soffit. We had a serious leak in our section of roof where all the valleys met. Estimator came out right away after I called and roof work was scheduled quickly. They carefully inspected and repaired all issues for a very fair price. They take pictures of everything for documentation. This is a very good contractor!
